Nation's largest Anime/Manga convention seeks qualified judges
Anaheim, California (May 254, 2007) ‹ Anime Expo® 2007 Cosplay (Costume-Play) Events Department is seeking qualified applicants for judging several cosplay events such as Masquerade (Main Event), Pop Shock Masquerade, Masquerade Ball and Midnight Tea. This year¹s highly anticipated 2007 convention will be held June 29-July 2 at the Long Beach Convention Center. More information can be found on the website www.anime-expo.org . Cosplaying is one of the most endearing activities at Anime Expo®, and to continue in the tradition of fair competition the Cosplay Events Department is actively seeking qualified judges for events happening this year at the nation¹s largest Anime/Manga convention. Resume requirements are: · Name · Home Address · Contact Phone Number(s) · E-Mail · List of personal accomplishments related to cosplay/costume making (i.e. awards, convention titles, etc.) · List of professional experiences/skills related to costume aspects within the entertainment industry (i.e. commissions, practical work experience, positions, internships, etc.) · A brief summary about yourself (i.e. who you are, background, why you are a qualified judge) All registrants who register before the end of May are automatically placed into the drawing.
