Rasetsu is determined to find herself a boyfriend in order to break the curse. She only has a limited time but it is the only way to save her life and her eternal soul! Yako doesn’t know about the curse so he thinks she’s just being fickle. Because of that, he offends her, not understanding why. Too bad he doesn’t have time to get to the bottom of it since their latest job sees Rasetsu possessed! The spirit of a lonely girl overwhelms Rasetsu and Yako comforts her. During the exchange she lets out some of her secrets, will he reveal his and will he at last learn about the truth behind her dark curse? Feelings bloom timidly to life for both of them but sadly neither has a clue as to what it actually means. They are each too preoccupied with their own worries to notice what is happening between them. A theme park asks for their help when it fears that it’s haunted. The group splits into two in order to try to notice anything supernatural. It seems more like a date between Yako and Rasetsu. However, just when they look like they’re getting closer, Kuryu interrupts them. He seems to have a knack for interrupting the potential love birds, that, and a hidden power he uses to protect her, but what is his true agenda? It still has to be revealed. A job investigating a haunted house gets scary when the ghost attacks. It is attached to the son. Kuryu again unleashes immense power, he is thick with secrets. Meanwhile Yako is protective of Rasetsu but is it only because she looks like his lost love? And what will she do when she finds out she’s Yurara’s lookalike? Secrets are building in this series as is the potential for budding romance, it is too bad that certain people keep getting in the way. This volume leads to more questions, driving up the suspense.
IN SUMMARY: Rasetsu and Yako might grow closer if only ghosts and a questionable teammate would stop interfering! |
