Quiet Minami isn’t prepared for Asakura’s aggressive tactics and Asakura wastes no time getting what he wants – Minami! Afterwards, used and confused, Minami falls into one seductive trap of Asakura’s after another. “Dense” might not be the best word to describe Minami, it is more like he is incessantly naive and unassuming. He never sees it coming even though we do from a mile away. Throughout the whole cat and mouse game, Minami is overwhelmed by his body’s desire for Asakura. He learns some interesting secrets about the eccentric rich man. Minami continues to avoid his own feelings for Asakura until he is confronted by the jealousy he feels when he thinks his place has been usurped. Will he man up to love? Or will he fall under the weight of his fears? Lonely Egoist is sexy as the as the alluring cover and inside full color cover page suggest. It has some terrifically erotic illustrations and an equally hot and ready romance. It is a stand alone novel that is a real page turner.
