It’s now Seishun vs Hyotei in the next round of the Nationals. First up is Takeshi Momoshiro (aka Momo) against Yushi Oshitari. The entire Hyotei team wants revenge for their defeat in the last tournament, the Kanto. Momo may have gotten stronger since that time, but has he gained enough strength, even when injured, to win against Yushi? The No. 3 Singles match will determine that! After that, Kaoru Kaido and Sadaharu Inui have a doubles match against Wakashi Hiyoshi and Gakuto Mukahi of Hyotei. Mukahi and Hiyoshi have a pretty good strategy to win, but Kaido and Inui use that against them to their advantage! Will it get them the win? Now that the doubles match is over, it’s back to singles again. This time it’s the No. 2 Singles match with the captain, Kunimitsu Tezuka, and Munehiro Kabaji from Hyotei. Kabaji proves to be tough to beat since one of his strengths is mimicking his opponent’s moves in one try! Tezuka, at the moment, can’t use his strongest moves because of that. Will he find a way to beat this particular technique? Let’s hope so! The art is still extremely expressive and detailed in the portrayal of emotion and action! This is especially noticeable in the match between Momo and Yushi. The story is moving along nicely without many complicated twists and turns. A perfect straight forward story to read on the bus or at home, and leave you wanting the next volume!
