Sachie was roped into holding the class Christmas party at her house. Now she has to somehow hide the fact that her family is a house full of yakuza! What makes it ten times harder is that one of her guests is the son of the police chief! Christmas at Sachie’s has her losing her mind with anxiety. She’s torn because she wants to be honest about he family. She loves those kind thugs and doesn’t want to hide them as if she’s ashamed. It shows just how kindhearted she truly is. It’s hardly the only challenge she has to deal with at Christmas, nor is she the only one. She gives gifts to everyone, but Rakuto has something special for her – a wish. When Rakuto falls ill, Sachie cares for him and learns more about the enigmatic boy who has stolen her heart. Readers get an inside look into his painful childhood which explains much about the reticent young man. When Valentine’s Day rolls around, Azuma is still up to no good trying to prove he’s better and more liked than Rakuto. He ups his rivalry with Rakuto, particularly the rivalry for Sachie’s heart. But at this stage it doesn’t look like he has much of a chance. But in a completely different turn of events, this romantic comedy focuses a chapter on one of the yakuza in the household. It seems Yasu has fallen in love with girl by a blossomless cherry tree, but this Sakura turns out to be a con artist! You never cross a yakuza, especially with Sachie around! She goes on the warpath (or should that be love path?) to get to the bottom of matters and fix things for the hard done by people around her. She can’t stand injustice of any kind and acts always with both feet first, always causing Rakuto to worry about what she’ll do next. She always heads into things without thinking and he thinks too much. Will these two ever be able to meet each other halfway? Time will tell.
