Japanese Comedy Talent Agency Enters Manga Bussiness |

Yoshimoto Kogyo one of Japan's top talent agencies for comedians and other comic entertainers has entered the Manga Bussiness
Yoshimoto Kogyo has created a new manga magazine called Comic Yoshimoto, which is jointly created by Wani Books. Comic Yoshimoto will feature manga based on personal ideas and concepts provided by Yoshimoto Kogyo-affiliated comedians and it is directly intended for 20-40-year old male market. The 350-page issue will include multiple stories. Each issue will have a distribution of 250,000 copies, and the magazine will be sold in convience store across Japan twice a month. Industry observers are looking forward to see the outcome of Yoshimoto Kogyo manga experiment.
