News
Wednesday, 08 October 2008
For those who enjoy their manga in a more gothic vein, TOKYOPOP have decided to release a new series of titles due out in 2009.

Manga fans will be sure to warm to Vassalord, scheduled to be out next January and is about vampires, while Castlevania: Curse of Darkness based on the popular video game series featuring the characters of the most infamous of bad guys Count Dracula and a young boy Ted who comes back to meet his father, but who gets caught up in a war between good and evil. This looks to be in its usual dark setting, and proves to set to be a popular and awaited title.

Other titles include Kyo Kara Maoh that focuses on a boy who is married to a man in another dimension. Demons and humanoids battle it out for supremacy leaving that world an uncertain place to be. Jyu-Oh-Sei is equally as dark  as is Goth by Oisuichi and Kendi Oiwa which comes with a parental advisory label just in case it offends certain audiences.

It seems with all the new stuff there's plenty to look forward to in the coming year.
