Kuyo, the deadly head of the Protection Committee and its head enforcer has discovered Tsukune’s secret – that he’s human!  It will mean a death sentence for him and all his friends if he’s found out. The battle that rages is one for survival and comes straight from the heart for everyone involved in the latest captivating volume of Rosario + Vampire!

The fight rages and the powerful fox spirit is possibly joined by an enemy introduced in the previous volume. Poor human Tsukune has no chance but he can’t abide to let his friends share his fate. And what a heroic moment it is for all the good guys involved. During the battle it isn’t only Moka who comes to try to save him but also other people he has been kind to and perhaps didn’t realize they thought as well of him as he has treated them. It’s heartwarming, but it may not be enough to defeat Kuyo and save them all!

After a narrow escape, Tsukune then has to fight a troll as his battle with the lead enforcer has now made him a target for all the monsters wanting to prove how big and bad they are! But by powering up through drinking Moka’s blood, Tsukune fears becoming a vampire and says terrible things in a fit of panic to Moka. Both heart sick, it will take a new danger and moment of apologies to bring these two back together.

Later the end of the first semester is at hand and exams are again riding high on the list of pressures. Tsukune’s grades are slipping and one very sexy teacher is more than willing to help him. But it comes at the cost of tearing him away from Moka. She gets quite jealous and it leads to a fight. This is a battle that goes beyond grades, a woman’s pride is at stake!

Manga extras include more mini-monster encyclopedia and four panel comic theater.
