More tales of bitter terror in the latest from the chilliest girl in the world and under it – Hell Girl strikes again! It’s a handful more of stories that will make you squirm, snarl and scream. It starts with a middle school girl working hard at a job to raise money. The problem is that she has the vilest boss ever. The boy is seriously scum and has earned infernal payback big time! Next a girl at school works hard to improve her grades and gets noticed by the most popular boy and top student there. It’s all good grades and happy times until she finds out the truth behind honeyed words and sweet lies. Accused of cheating and getting snubbed, she doesn’t hesitate to give Hell Girl a call!

The third story is a soccer girl with a secret love. They’ve been dating on the sly so that neither of them gets kicked out of their athletic clubs. But brutal bullying and some extortion have this promising athlete turn to otherworldly means to get her revenge! What’s odd though is that in this and the story about the girl accused of cheating, the tales lack the usual hard hitting scum that you want to see get so harshly punished. I mean, sure the bullying, the betrayal, and the lies are rough stuff, but worth losing your soul over to get back at the other person? That’s where I’m not convinced.  Because that’s the thing about the Hell Correspondence – to get revenge is to dig a double grave. You send that person to Hell but at the cost of your own soul being dammed. That isn’t just for a while, its forever! It seems a harsh tool for a few bullies and liars.

The real gem in this volume is the bonus story which offers the origins of Ai Enma herself! How did she become Hell Girl? You’ll find out in this bonus story! Plus there are all sorts of bonus comical omake offering a look at Hell Girl like you’ve never imagined possible. They’re always a riot.
