Ewon hates to be ignored for long, and Mookyul has ignored him now for more than long enough. In his angered state, he goes to the door of his office and pushes it open, accidentally seeing Mookyul and the CEO making out in full view. He thought their relationship was one of mutual respect and just business, but sees how wrong he really is. Once the old man leaves him to his "guest" Mookyul is left to explain to Ewon about his past life, and how he met him. Ewon finds himself immersed in his friend's past, not imagining he was ever poor or desperate in any way, and discovers he was younger than he thought when he met the CEO and comes to understand that if he had not met him, he might have been in much more dire circumstances than now. Jealousy in his heart, Ewon thinks Mookyul has no true thought or desire for being with him, and resigns to use him for what he can give him in the meantime, considering their relationship an agreement and nothing more. In the office, they have some time off - an hour to do what they want and Ewon is bombarded with offers of coming out to have a drink with his friends after not seeing them in a while, but Ewon wants to go out with Mookyul, and when he decides on a compromise with them meeting his new boyfriend, Mookyul is at first unsure of wanting to meet them. As Mookyul has had to release the secrets of his past with his boss, Evan feels he has been betrayed in a very major way by him, when he thought he was actually getting to know the real him in the relationship.
Within this instalment of Totally Captivated, the reader will notice that the characters have taken a different turn from their usual selves. While Ewon does not cower around his lover and take all the insults he gives out to him, Mookyul has shown how dependant he is toward his boss, and his more weaker, less dominant side has come out into the open.
