The mystery of the earth objects and pictures that Takeru found on the lunar surface while he was in Eden has come full circle as Takeru and Biz make their way to a ravaged Florida, and Takeru finally meeting the girl of his dreams, Ao. Meanwhile, Biz meets Anne Marie, the voice behind the radio broadcast that they picked up and gave them strength to journey on during their grueling cross-country trip. Ao on the other hand is excited to hear to hear from Takeru that there are millions of people living on the moon, but she is an aware of the secrets behind Eden. Surrounded by skeptics about their origin at first, both manage to prove their worth, especially Takeru, who wouldn’t allow a hurricane to dampen the town’s Rocket Festival by putting his life on the line and saving a young boy in the process. The festival is a once in a year festival that the people conduct to send their messages to the moon via a rocket ship. As the story shifts to more of a subtle pace, FREEDOM 5 shows that it can still pack some excitement and laughs when it calls for it as it continues to be a remarkable series.
HD DVD FORMAT:
The disc is a dual form factor that consists of HD DVD and Standard DVD, and depending on the type of player that you’re using, it will automatically launch the correct format. The disc also comes with Microsoft’s HDi technology for interactive experience with the contents on the disc, and the HD DVD version of FREEDOM is crystal clear compared to the standard version, and it is very noticeable.
EXTRAS:
The downloadable contents are available through Microsoft Xbox 360. The downloads for this particular volume are conceptual production sketch images from the earth chapter of the series, and FREEDOM 5 Japanese commercial. Another one of the downloadable features is the FREEDOM 4’s digest, and a quick recap of the previous episode.
