The fight is on!  It’s the Dark Guild Eisenwald and Fairy Tail going head to head for the Lullaby, a very dangerous dark magic weapon.  One of Eisenwald’s best and deadliest mages, Eirgor, leads the mission to broadcast the Lullaby all over town.  He escapes from the train station (which has a very loud sound system), where the fight is taking place.  The leader of the Fairy Tail team, Titiana Erza sends fire mage Natsu and ice mage Gray after Eirgor himself.  Erza more than holds her own against the underlings, although some go after Natsu and Gray.

After Natsu and Gray split up at a fork in the hall, Gray finds the broadcasting room.  Finding it strange that the room seemed unguarded, Gray starts to look around.  One of the more powerful mages under Eirgor, Rayule, who followed Gray from the main fight, attacks him and fights with abandon, destroying the broadcasting equipment.  He then proceeds to tell Gray who their real target is, and that Eirgor is on his way to destroy it.

Meanwhile, Natsu is kicking through walls trying to find Eirgor, but definitely not succeeding.  Another of Eirgor’s mages, Kageyama, who followed Natsu, attacks him, and gets what he deserves, which is a fistful of fire!  Natsu beats him almost senseless before Erza, Lucy and Happy the cat show up to stop him, and explain that they need him to break a wind spell that Eirgor left as a parting gift before going to the real target.  It didn’t do much good because a colleague of his, Karacka, stabs him to keep him from breaking the spell.

Lucy then finds out that Happy has the Virgo Key and uses that to get though the wind spell.  Now, Natsu and Happy can kick Eirgor to kingdom come, and get the Lullaby back!  Let’s hope that Natsu wins!

Manga extras include a bonus manga about the cat, Happy, translation notes, afterword, and a preview of the next volume in the original Japanese.
