Recca has to move his behind if his hopes to save his girl, Yanagi, in time! But that twisted Mori has one warped game for Recca to play. The Hokage has 5 discs to get in 5 fortresses and with a host of devil foes to stop him! These aren’t the usual Shinoki, thesse are super-powered and super weird, even super creepy. Like Recca’s first foe – the bitter transformed Mokuren who’s out for everyone! There’s three big fights this volume. That’s the first and Mokuren may be more than Recca can handle alone. Good thing he has Team Hokage on his side. The next is a ultra-cool battle between the swordsmen of Water Tokiya and of Blood! Sure this foe has a special message for Okiya from scary Meguri. After that, it’s the team vs. a giant cyborg that seems to have a few screws loose! He may be a bulb short but he’s deadly. Kurei maybe saves the day but what is he up to? And Saicho has to face ghosts rattling his chains. The team gets a disc and infiltrates Sodom but they’re only hitting the ground level of the tower of big bads they still have to face. Extras manga goodies include all new Magical Girl Run-Chan comic panels, and illustrations including a gay splash page.
