According to an article in Saishin Anime Jōhō, Tadashi Kawshima and Adachitoka's manga, Alive: The Final Evolution, is now an anime. The manga is published by Kodansha, currently serialized in Monthly Shonen Magzine (since 2003), and it is distributed in North America by Del Rey Manga with 6 volumes so far. The announcement was made in the magazine and its official website.
