Gun-toting antics are here again in this volume of School Rumble - and not without reason. The School Cultural Fair is days away, and Sagano is in the firing line trying to dodge the fatal bullets. Others face the same fate as it seems that the whole school's pupils have gone insane.
Back to their lessons, they are being taught how to fight as well as the normal class learning from text books, amazingly coming to a decision they want to do both a play and a cafe. Cheers of hurrah later, Karasura and Tsukamoto walk there from School, bonding greatly as they had never done before. It is a pain working though the script for the play, but at least they are all working hard at it! Mayhem is the buzz word in School Rumble 9 where everything has come to a steady conclusion. Tsukamoto and Karasura might become an item while the others are recovering from their ordeal with happy memories of the fight. Comes with extras like an original bonus manga, a School Rumble Relationship chart and extensive translation notes on aspects of the manga this makes for a really fun and exciting read for any fan of manga.
The fans of this series will enjoy the fun and excitement of this manga. The insanity at the school with them all, vying for ultimate power while others watch and wonder what is going on.
There is room for love as two of the reader’s favourite characters have the possibility to let it blossom in or out of the school amidst all the drama of what they will do for the fair.
The fair storyline is a funny one, and shows that not all manga have to be about action elsewhere.
IN SUMMARY: Are you ready to rumble? You will be after reading this! Wild, madcap and fun. |
