The competition to become the Shaman King continues with more matches and mayhem! While the Ice Men and Team Funbari Hot Springs, Yoh’s team, are saying their goodbyes, Hao has a talk with Ren which leaves him with a bad taste in his mouth. Yoh, however, goes to meet Lysberg at the X-Laws Ship to see how he’s doing. Yoh ends up in a confrontation with the second in command, during which the Lady Jeanne, the Iron Maiden proposes an alliance. After all this, the next match begins! It’s between two of the fiercest rivals in the competition, Hoshi-Gumi and X-III. Intense fighting ensues! Who will win? Who will prove stronger? The spectators, including Yoh and his friends, watch with baited breath. After the fight is over, Yoh feels that he has to tell his friends some startling and unexpected news about his family that could change things, either for the better or worse. The art is as good as ever with its own wonderful style. The story is full of action, adventure and tense moments with little comedic interludes here and there to ease the tension.
IN SUMMARY: The competition continues with interesting twists and turns in the lives of the competitors as they head towards the ultimate prize, to become the Shaman King!
