Bandai Visual Japan announced a full-scale of anime titles on Blu-ray to enter rental industry. Kidou Senshi Gundam Gyakushuu no Char (Char's Counterattack)  to kick-off the entry for Bandai Visual, with an additional nine titles on the high-definition technology to follow.
