In the final volume of My-HiME the Princes Star hurtles towards Earth and the HiME are being taken over by the strange three cosmic beauties with nefarious powers! With everything on the line and everyone at each others’ throats, just who will live and who will win the day?
It’s been a very different take on the My HiME universe in this alternate story. The arrival of the cosmic beauties brings about nearly non-stop fights from beginning to end of this last book in the series. They have horrifying powers and losses at Yuuka Academy are about to climb alarmingly as many go up against them and fall. But for Mai, who suffers a terrible loss, she must try to recover enough from the blow in order to fight, because her, Natsuki and Yuuichi might be Earth’s only hope. But how can she fight when the enemy might be the person she loves the most? Dramatic and action-packed, the conclusion is an intense thrill ride with the various girls going up against the newest bad guys. Turnabouts are thrown in with the cosmic ability to overtake others and have them serve the purposes of the Princess Star. That means friends must fight each other, perhaps even kill the ones they love. Everyone who survives must pull together to face the Obsidian Lord and those pivotal three will undergo a startling transformation in their last ditch efforts to save those they care for. It’s a great sic-fi action with a huge climax followed by a well-rounded epilogue. IN SUMMARY: It’s an action packed conclusion in the final volume of the My HiME manga! |
