The rich bad boy with a softer side, Tsukasa, and the poor girl with the heart of gold Tsukushi, have been enjoying a secret romance, hidden from the eyes of Tsukasa’s powerful and psychotic mother. But it’s all about to go up in flames when one mistake leads to utter downfall and heartbreak in this volume!

A turn of bad luck at first seems like romantic fate when Tsukushi and Tsukasa’s date turns into a fun day out on a regular salary after his cards get rejected. A “poor” date ends up being a great time. That is until they got spotted on camera at a baseball game. It’s a scene that gets replayed a lot and doesn’t miss his mother’s evil eye. Oh boy. Things don’t look good. Next thing you know he gets abducted and Tsukushi spends all her money to go to New York to save him! New York! The girl who’s never traveled finds herself in the cold city and things go from bad to worse when she’s mugged right off the plane! No cash, no friends, no where to go, she can’t survive on her optimistic love to find Tsukasa. She ends up with some shady sorts and some totally unexpected reunions far, far from home. And she’ll need every friend she has when she finally sees Tsukasa and the worst yet occurs! Poor Tsukushi! Idiot Tsukasa! Just what has his mother done now? It’s an ever ending soap opera of angst in Boys Over Flowers!

Tsukushi’s heartbroken. But considering how many times “mommy dearest” has interfered in their lives you’d think these two would buy a clue by now. It’s volume 29 for crying out loud! Oh, the heavy sighs this will provoke. But in a strange city, no way to get back home, could a certain handsome man reentering her life bring with it the chance to steal her away from Tsukasa for good?

IN SUMMARY:
More soap opera angst! A real date, a kidnapping, a rescue to New York and total bedlam! Could this be it for the lovebirds?
