The runway fashion show is coming up, only ten days away, and Kiri is a bundle of nerves. She can’t master the walk right and seems to have gained Kanou’s antagonism over her friendship with Riku. And all that pressure doesn’t even include the fact that she’ll be competing directly against Tohya for the coveted modeling contract!
A big blow-out happens between Kiri and Kanou when she pushes him in an attempt to become friends. In the end she learns about his past and why Riku is so important to him. It shows how Kiri’s single-minded kindness, compassion and sheer friendliness towards everyone can win over even the most anti-social characters in this story. It also gives readers a deeper understating of both Riku and Kanou along with a better look at their relationship. She suffers a lot of insecurities while trying to keep up with the other models during training. Kiri gets a couple of heart-to-heart chats with those close to her in order to find the courage she needs to brave the stage. When the big day arrives an unforeseeable accident puts Kiri’s chance at the contract at serious risk. This volume ends on the cliff-hanger of the final walk on the runway and what the outcome of the competition will be. IN SUMMARY: The manga where fashion, comedy and romance mix and match.
