Orochimaru’s attack has left the Leaf Village devastated but recovering. Little do these ninja know that the worst is about to strike!

That’s right Naruto fans, if you thought Orochimaru was the big bad, wait to be stunned! It seems he was just an off-shoot of one huge nasty group and they’ve sent other ninjas, badder ninjas, ones that have bigger personal agendas than Orchimaru had! Itachi, the scourge of the Hidden Mist Village pays a call to his lil’ bro Sasuke, and this is one family reunion that won’t be filled with tears – but blows! He’s the dude Sasuke has sworn vengeance on. This great betrayer isn’t going anywhere without a fight. And in one of the best fights of the season, Itachi squares off against Kekkashi in a match of Sharingan vs. Sharingan. That freaky eye ability that both men have, but Itachi has mastered!

It’s only the big bad adult shinobi in that bloodthirsty battle. It’s one of the ones most obviously crunched down due to editing for TV with the way it shows one scene then suddenly the two combatants are in a huge fight in another place.  The young shinobi in training are going on in blissful ignorance to embark on their next stage of training. Naruto gets paired with the pervy sage Jiraiya. But Sasuke is down in the dumps. He feels like a failure compared to Naruto. So it’s gonna make him real sore when he learns that his brother hasn’t come to the village for him, but for Naruto!

Why are the bad guys after the nine-tailed fox within Naruto? What’s their master plan and who’s behind it all? Is it Itachi? None of it means anything to the vengeance-minded Sasuke. He wants a piece of his big brother. As last of his clan he has lived for this moment when he can face his brother in battle and only one of them will walk away! There’s even a special flashback where we get too see exactly what went down between him and Itachi. You don’t get more personal than family, especially when you’ve vowed to kill them for the sake of your clan’s honor!

EXTRAS:
Extra goodies include Shonen Jump manga, anime, game and Toonami Jetstream ads. Plus each volume of season 2 of Naruto comes in a cool looking blue DVD case.

IN SUMMARY:
Orochimaru has left the scene but worst is on the way when Itachi hits the village! More Naruto action, intrigue and ninja coolness – believe it!
