RE-l, Vincent and Pino have voyaged long and hard to reach their destination, Mosk, the birthplace of Vincent Law and where it is rumoured the mystery of the Proxy is to be found. It is when Pino leaves and is wondering the place when they land that the story becomes more intriguing.

Raul Creed, Chief of the Security Bureau is stripped of his position in Romdo as he questions Regent on his view that the citizens of Romdo are nothing more than mere prisoners. Another is put in his place and he becomes just another insignificant citizen who means nothing in that world. As Raul does not believe as the other citizens in Romdo, he is to be terminated - that is if they can find him. It is soon ordered that his data be deleted so there is no trace of Raul, and his citizenship be revoked as they view him a threat to the very ordered fabric of the domed city.

Vincent is still wanting to know what he is, and by going back to his home world, RE-l thinks he will be closer to his goal, yet RE-l also has some nervousness as to what exactly he will find out of his past. Once Vincent has a chance to roam his homeworld, he finds it has been destroyed utterly, yet he has no memory of why.

The city of Romdo's top people still have need of a Proxy and want Vincent brought back to them, but RE-l wonders why they are in such a dire need for one.

In this volume the viewer will become one step closer to discovering the truth about Romdo. Twin pendants, script kept for years and a word written on a wall all hold the key to the answer.

There is a considerable amount of tense psychological feel to this anime, and viewers will enjoy the visuals and the storyline's strangeness all the way through. Vincent is the one the viewers will enjoy watching as he seems to be the one who still desires the knowledge of him self and his past he is still not yet aware of.
