But as time passes and feelings grow, can the unspoken love between the two overcome misunderstandings and the staunch belief by Kanae that Yuichi only desires him for his body, not himself?

Aki Morimoto’s novel is an exceptionally erotic romance. The novel is quite explicit, portraying the men exploring one sensual fantasy after another. This isn’t simply abundant fan service, it forms the basis of the desire that chains the two men together, yet also feeds Kanae’s doubts that, for Yuichi, this is only a physical relationship and not something deeper. While Kanae falls in love with the man he fears he can never confess to, he keeps falling into Yuichi’s embrace, longing for more and accepting what he can get. Yuichi is an interesting fellow. He’s brash, rude, upfront and often single-minded. Yet the writer shows how effortlessly these two men with their very different personalities get along and why. The way they compliment each other is shown well throughout the story, and the building of the climax isn’t sexual, but emotional, as Kanae’s feelings build past the breaking point.

This well written and sexy story is complimented by titillating art work lightly found within the book and done by artist Tsubaki Enomoto. There is also a full color cover page depicting the two men in an erotic embrace.
