The Claw has his vision of the future plan in his mind and intends to use it soon as his Time of Happiness project will see fruition by him. Fasalina, a member of the original seven gets in her mecha and fights Van, hoping he will eventually join her. She in turn is wrong as he gets into his own mecha, Dann who encases him inside as they unleash their powers in the deadliest of combat.

Michael Garret sees that there is nothing that can get in the way of his plans. Getting in touch with his comrade, he makes sure everything runs smoothly while he communicates with The Claw. Garret says there will be no more problems while Fasalina is handling Van at the moment. He assures The Claw that she will not need any more help with battling him.

As the fight continues, Van becomes more and more weaker and confused, as he is unsure as to whether Fasalina wants to fight or not as she is acting as though she is in a state of ecstacy.

As this is occuring, Carmen and Wendy go away with Priscilla, and while they are on the road to their destination, Wendy mentions about Van and what happened to her as a child when he looked after her when she was ill one time. Shocked by this, Wendy is also asked if she has an emotional interest in Van, which makes her think harder about how she feels about him.

Volume six is about getting to grips with the emotions, and knowing which side they are really on. The battle scenes are undoubtedly exciting and show enough graphical excellence to give weight to the rest of the story and the animation.

Van, as always has his hands full with the fighting, but he puts his all into what he does, and that it is for the benefit of his other companions if he fights as he does.

This volume is good enough at keeping the viewer on the edge as to what will eventually happen in the story later. The main character focus is The Claw and whether his vision of the future will become a true reality in an unreal world.

Aspects of seriousness are blanketed by scenes with good-natured humour in there which will make ardent watchers laugh intensely.

EXTRAS:
