Nakao’s confession of love and rejection leaves him sobbing on Mizuki’s shoulders. Despite his pain though, he tells her to stay true to their talk and to confess her love, not to waste the preciousness of time. She tries to screw up her courage, but in the end gives Sano a sideways confession of love when she gives him Valentine chocolates but fluffs it off as no big deal. In a surprising turn around, Sano will have none of it and asks her if he can interpret her gift any way he chooses. What does he mean? It has Mizuki in a mind spin. Things get even more confusing for her when a bowling outing leads to a private moment with a shocking confession from Sano! Things are heating up at last in the latest volume of Hana-Kimi!
Sano is getting bold. It could be his feelings have reached the point of either letting them out or combusting. This volume he grabs Mizuki’s hand a lot and in general seems much more physical with her. But he still has yet to tell her that he knows her secret. He’s demanding answers, wanting to know if Mizuki feels the same way. But he has yet to make a few confessions of his own. It doesn’t stop him from finally saying something that he’s been waiting to say for some time, something that will leave Mizuki swooning. It builds up to a moment Hana-Kimi fans have long been waiting for and it’s finally here! Three little words. Who ends up saying exactly what to whom? Find out this volume! This volume holds a stolen kiss and a long awaited confession. But what about her being a girl? Will those be the words she finally utters? The series is coming up to its final volumes and things are heating up. This volume does have a little down time from the more intense romantic melodrama by devoting a chapter to Yujiro the dog and seeing his story come full circle. And with the wonderful shoujo art work depicting several lovely romantic scenes between Sano and Mizuki, it’s all building up beautifully to the grand finale. IN SUMMARY: Things between Sano and Mizuki heat up in this pivotal volume for Hana-Kimi fans! |
