For thousands of years, humans and demons have lived while their worlds have been in separate dimensions. The demons have watched over the humans and seen their development.
Yuri and her servant Karas have strived to keep order between the existing worlds, and after fighting so long by her side, Karas grows tired of how humankind has developed over the centuries, growing arrogant and selfish, he leaves his past as her servant to name himself lord Eku, using mechanised demons to obliterate the humans in the city. It is lord Eku's wish to give the city a new start, a new rebirth by destroying the city and the humans who live there as he feels they are responsible for its disgusting look. What will the city do now under this impending threat? This is the sequel awaited by many of Karas: The Prophecy, which is shockingly wonderful. The use of 2-D and 3-D CGI animation in a feature length anime that features the voice talents of Hollywood actors Matthew Lillard of Scooby Doo and 13 Ghosts and Jay Hernandez who starred in the horror movie Hostel. The musical score is performed by the Prague Philarmonic Orchestra and provides the anime's strange emotional quality the viewer will find instantly compelling. It works extremely well against the background of the anime, and along with the fight scenes brings the movie into its own while the music follows in a steady pace, increasing the tension of the various themes. The characters have their own personalities, nuances and traits that make them subtly interesting.The fight scenes are detailed and show the speed, dynamic and strongly give the impression of ultimate power when opponents clash in battle. There are realistic backgrounds where every detail is beautifully rendered in such stunning accuracy. The viewer will be treated with the mixture of cartoon animation twinned with perfect realism, which will feel as though they are in for an extremely great piece of movie entertainment. EXTRAS: This superb sequel volume comes complete with 53 minutes of extras including, In The Voice Over Booth Rough Cut Excerpt, beautifully colourful Gallery and trailer for Karas: The Revelation.
