SYNOPSIS:
It is 2300 AD. 192 years after the world has united, "ORS" (Orbital Ring System) was built 300 km above Earth. ORS functioned as the center of industries, and provided energy to Earth. One day, unknown outer animals (or human beings?) attached and occupied ORS. Their next target was Earth.
To protect Earth, the United Earth formed a special unit called "Space Nights." During a battle, Space Nights saved one mysterious boy's life. His name is D Boy, and he can transform into "Tekkaman Blade." He fought against the enemies for Earth, and beat them one after another. But there is a strong enemy standing in front of him. This enemy looks just like Tekkaman Blade. What is the secret of D Boy? Why can only he transform into Tekkaman Blade? What is the enemies' purpose of invading the Earth?

When the world goes to hell, it takes on a whole new meaning for Tekkaman Blade! D-Boy is with the Earth Alliance gang again but he’s hurt, and their only hope is finding the other Tekka crystals to get him to the moon and kill the rest of the Radam’s Tekkamen – and they happen to be D-Boy’s family! Twisted! And that’s just the start of how this anime explodes off the screen! Star Trek really set the bar for space opera. It had action, babes, and Kirk as the guy every guy wanted to be. D-Boy is the anime version of Kirk. He’s ultra cool, has this mega-tragic life having to beat up and destroy his now evil family before they annihilate the Earth, and does this whole stoic manly attitude throughout all of it. He’s my hero! And as for babe’s, there’s Aki. She loves him, he loves her. But so sorry sweetheart, he’s gotta go up against his brothers and likely die saving everybody. I joke but it’s seriously cool action with big time emotions. You feel for everyone in this, even the bad guys! Remember smarmy Balzac? He has a huge heroic moment in this final arc. And the bad Tekkamen show a lot of humanity in their final moments. Really it’s not like we have any doubt who’ll win the day, the big question is who lives to tell the tale afterwards. And this is the collection that tells you exactly that. And it does it by leaving no corner of angst uncovered! I watched the English US Teknoman and it’s got nothing on the uncut complete Japanese original. This has it all, the love, the blood and even sex. Holy uncensored Teknoman fans! This is your chance to find out how it all really went down. The whole story, the way it was meant to be seen, the action uncut, the angst full strength, and the finale mind-blowing! EXTRAS:
First off, this has the most stylin’ out of all the Tekkaman cases. It’s black and looks ultra cool. Actual DVD extra goodies are two bonus episodes. The first has that bad bro Evil dyin’ and flashing back to his childhood and a truly traumatic incident. Holy crap! The next bonus episode is called “Missing Link” on the box, but is spelled “Missing Ling” in the subtitles. This one is like entering an alternate Tekkaman Universe where 2 years have passed, D-Boy is going evil and might be the end of humanity, and Aki has to become a sexy and tragic Tekka-woman to kill the man she loves! What?? You cry! And as well you should. It plays like an extended trailer or really choppy ep that turns everything upside down. It was kinda fun in a trippy way. IN SUMMARY:
It’s the Tekkaman story you never knew, the whole story, uncut! No censoring! In all it’s sci-fi operatic glory!
