Gon and Killua are starting to get the swing of things and learn the ropes of the video game-like world of Greed Island. Thanks a lot to Biscuit’s help. They heroically come to the aid of some sick town’s people, meet rivals in a deadly sumo match with flames, boxing, soccer, and finally a team dodgeball match like you could never imagine! It’s win or die for the good guys this time!

Holy hunters and deadly games Gon and Killua fans! This volume is jammed with one deadly duel after another. One kick butt challenge after another and the trio go through the throng like butter! Almost. They have some trouble with the sumo wrestler and his ring of fire. And sure, the boxer was kind of tough. Even the soccer challenge needed Biscuit to help. But the big trouble happens when the team has to go up against the brutal baddies in a dodgeball match that draws blood and could cost lives! It’s lethal, it’s sports the way you’ve never imagined. And it’s the only way Gon and Killua can get outta this crazy place alive!

And if all that wasn’t enough to get your Hunter instincts going nuts, Hisoka and the Spiders are on the island too! And Hisoka even joins the trio for a bit of their trek. He’s looking for an exorcist. So are the rest of the Spiders. Just what are those creepy people up to? Could the exorcist be the key to getting off this island of death without having to be in the matches anymore or (gasp!) get killed?

The latest of this manga comes out fast moving and doesn’t let up for a second. It’s got a lot going on too. You get a whole head full of the gaming rules and the story goes through it all super fast. Maybe too fast? Either way, it’s lots of fun!
