Hold on to your hats folks. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Valkyrie the anime gives us a twist to get us even more excited: Dark Valkyrie. Oh yeah, you read right. In this volume Dark Valkyrie appears, the Phantom Lover that will steal Kazuki away from his princess (the lucky sob!). Will the girls stop evil Val in time? Next, Mehm visits and a bath will never be the same with her once everyone is turned into younger versions of themselves – except Val who is back to her adult bodacious self. Later, the girls go all out in a take-no-prisoners war…karaoke style! And what volume of Valkyrie would be complete without an episode featuring the Cat Girl Maid Squad. This time their hiking up a mountain but in the dead of Winter! Let the mayhem begin!
Sexy fun and even a dose of the cute stuff, no one does it better than UFO Valkyrie. The show picks up the interest big time with the arrival of Dark Valkyrie. Don’t expect to find out who or what she is anytime soon, the show takes her and runs with her appearances throughout the volume. She’s a show stealer for sure and evil never looked so sexy!
The episode about the age changing bath powder is big on cute. It even managed to tug a little at this old goat’s heart. The karaoke war is lots of fun. The cat girl ep did a good job of showcasing Ms Sanada which is cool. There just isn’t quite enough of her.
Now how about that evil Val? Too hot too handle. The girls are going to have their hands full with this evil babe! Things are getting really interesting in this latest volume.
And by the way, why don’t they let Hydra stay as an adult now? She’s not terrorizing anymore. Do away with the seal and let adult Hydra hottie free!

Bonus goods include a reversible cover featuring the lovely dark Valkyrie, Valkyrie World Notes, clean opening and closing animation, 2 Video Jukeboxes which are two character songs done in anime music video fashion. IN SUMMARY:
Valkyrie turns evil and has her way with Kazuki! And then Sanada! Just yankin’ your chain. But Dark Val does appear and she steals the show this volume. Mayhem at the bathhouse never looked so fine! |
