A reminder from BANDAI NAMCO that the .HACK//G.U. Ultimate Fan Sweepstakes will end on January 31, 2007
NAMCO BANDAI Gamers America Inc. announced today that the ".hack//(R)G.U.(TM) Vol. 1 Rebirth(TM)" Ultimate Fan Sweepstakes will be ending January 31, 2007. Those still interested in entering this exciting sweepstakes can head to www.dothack.com/GU for information and rules of entry for the contest
The ".hack" Ultimate Fan Sweepstakes will select five lucky grand prize winners, two first prize winners and 20 second place winners by randomly selecting submitted sweepstake entries. Grand prize winners will receive one custom made standee, a compilation of the previous .hack video game titles, ".hack//G.U. Vol.1: Rebirth" Special Edition, the ".hack//G.U. Vol. 1: Rebirth" strategy guide and a .hack t-shirt. First prize winners will receive previous .hack video game titles, ".hack//G.U. Vol.1: Rebirth" Special Edition, the ".hack//G.U. Vol. 1: Rebirth" strategy guide and a ".hack" T-shirt. Second place winners will receive a .hack T-shirt. Sweepstake participants must be 13 years of age or older and U.S. residents. Winners will be announced soon after the contest concludes.

An intuitive desktop interface allows players to browse forums for in-game hints, receive news headlines from the outside world and receive emails from in-game friends and guild members. With the ability to hack into and manipulate The World, players can gain an advantage over their enemies and shape Haseo's destiny.
