The latest volume of this divine fantasy takes off right away with the battle between Valkyrie Lind and demon Hild. With the help of the Eater of Angels, Hild has managed to strip the goddesses of their angelic counterparts, leaving them powerless and even attaching a familiar to Belldandy to turn her into a demon! However, Lind’s courage and strength helped save the other angels to return to their counterparts, but she is still stripped of part of her binary twins. Nevertheless, she moves to face Hild in combat, fearless of the consequences, intent on stopping the Eater of Angels no matter the cost to herself!

It doesn’t get more exciting than this. Hild is on a rampage and looks like she just might win this round. Lind is stripped of at least half of her angelic beings and Belldandy carries a demonic familiar within her. And this is only the beginning of their troubles!

Exciting, these latest volumes have been showcasing some great and suspenseful action. The battle between Hild and Lind is impressive and following that, Lind’s attack on the Eater of Angels is stupendous. What is most impressive is that the aftermath is just as gripping. Now Belldandy has a familiar bonded with her and the burden is proving too much to bear as her powers go berserk and it takes on toll on her physically. To spare her, the familiar chooses an unexpected path. It takes residence in Keiichi. He does his best to ease Bell’s burden and he too doesn’t want to sacrifice the familiar. Both want to save her from being cast out and destroyed. But when the powers he’s gained from the being create havoc and prove possibly too much for a human to bear, the other goddesses plan a way to extract the familiar despite Bell and Keiichi’s wishes. This volume ends with their alarming ambush on the couple and the shocking result!

Oh My Goddess is an incredible fantasy series that keeps things as riveting as the very first volume. These latest events are both gripping and suspenseful. The art gets better and better with each subsequent volume, giving the reader breathtaking visuals at every given moment.

IN SUMMARY:
In the latest volume of Oh My Goddess, Lind faces off alone and stripped of her angelic powers against Hild, Belldandy has been inhabited with a demonic familiar, and all Hell breaks loose when it finds a home in Keiichi. This manga gets better and better since the first amazing volume. A seemingly impossible task that simply proves the magic this manga has over the human heart.
