When a letter arrives especially for him from the prestigious Bell Liberty Academy for boys, Keita Itou's life is transformed as it is supposed that only the best boys get to be chosen for the Academy, and the letter appeared strangely out of nowhere. Not being one for having excellence in any school subject, he wonders how he ever got the letter at all, as he did not even apply for the school in the first place.

Setting off for the Academy, Keita boards the coach that will take him there when he is caught up in an accident. Suffering a little concussion as well as a few scratches, he wakes up in the arms of Niwa and Saionji who hope he is alright.

Once he realises he is at the Academy already, Keita is exited, in getting to know the other students around him, but when Keita is given an important letter to take around the entire school, he wonders what is going on in this strange and exitable new place.

By the author who brought fans Gorgeous Carat, You Higuri graces the readers with the first volume of a young boys foray into a brave new world of insane students, the even crazier student council and the idiot judo trio.

While other students take a liking to Keita, there is one who falls for him in a serious way, the extremely loveable Naruse of the on campus tennis club who really takes an active interest in his welfare.

Several separate parts of this are themed and get Keita into the feel of the school as a member, though there are those who do not want him to stay there. He has to face many obstacles, but how will Keita fare?

You Higuri has really excelled herself with the manga art as each character has been individually rendered with such care to make sure they all look different from each other. The chibi versions of the characters will make readers laugh heartily and everyone will have a favourite from Keita, Saiyonji, Niwa, Naruse and Takuto. All are charming in their own way.

Fans will be happy to read that there is a Bonus Heaven manga at the back of the novel and an explanation from the author saying where she got the inspiration for writing the story.

Readers will relish this as much as You's other manga works.

IN SUMMARY:
A story abundant with humour and bold adventure. You won’t be able to put it down once you start reading.
