New York-based media executive brings 14 years of experience to Anime Network
Houston, TX – April 19, 2007 - Anime Network—America’s #1 Anime Channel— has added ammunition to its sales team with the hiring of John Parry to Advertising Sales Director. An answer to the company’s continued distribution growth and subsequent new advertising opportunities, Parry will work in tandem with Anime Network’s sales team to create cross- platform campaigns, including traditional on-air, VOD, online and mobile advertising to Anime Network.

Most relevant to Anime Network is Parry’s extensive experience ashe was an account executive forat TechTV, where he sold and managed converged accounts for the 24-hour tech-focused cable and satellite network (now known as G4). In his six years with TechTV, Parry became versed in cross-platform packages and was highly successful in closing and managing all aspects of national advertising accounts. He also cultivated and solidified professional relationships with a wide range of ad agencies and maintained a minimum of 20 active accounts at any given time. Parry’s previous experience includes various media posts with New York-based TN Media, SFM Media and Eyemark.
